In the event of default in payment of any amounts owed, I agree: 1) to submit to the jurisdiction of any state or federal court in Mississippi, 2) that said actions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, and 3) to pay interest on the amounts found due at the legal rate, plus collection costs and attorney's fees in the amount of 25% of the outstanding balance. Willfully drawing or passing a credit instrument knowing there are insufficient funds in an account drawn, or with the intent to defraud, is a crime in the State of Mississippi which may result in criminal prosecution. A credit instrument is identical to a personal check. I hereby authorize completion of this instrument as necessary by presentation for payment.
I acknowledge that said debt is incurred in Mississippi and agree to submit to the jurisdiction of any Mississippi Court. The said amount is free and clear of any claims and I waive any rights to stop payment. If approved and funds are extended, I agree that I have received funds and said amounts are on deposit with said bank or trust company in my name. I will not hold any of these institutions responsible for any information released.
I authorize the Scarlet Pearl Casino to obtain information regarding my account(s) with the financial institutions listed or any institutions subsequently discovered, to order consumer reports from a credit reporting agency, and to exchange pertinent information with others who may properly receive this information.
